From the idea,
to the stage.

Production and communication for concerts, performances and cultural events. Here are some of our recent productions.

From concept
to audience.

I’m Christos “Lagnis” Panoilias, an artist & event manager and cultural producer. I’m the founder of Action Εστί and co-founder of Spoudaia Events and HIP HOP CON.

I studied Business Administration, hold a postgraduate degree in Marketing, diplomas in Public Relations and Project Management, and completed three years of studies in Person-Centred Psychotherapy.

For more than 15 years, I have been developing and delivering concerts, festivals, theatre productions, campaigns and cultural formats. I connect the creative idea with the strategy, people, resources and communication it needs to stand professionally and reach its audience.

My experience as an active hip hop artist gives me a dual perspective: I understand what a creator needs, and I know how to organise the real-world structure around their work.

Before we start,
the essentials.

A clear collaboration starts with clear expectations.

01Who do you work with?

I work with people who inspire me: artists, creative teams, creators, music venues, promoters, producers, cultural organisations, social-impact organisations and selected initiatives that want to create something with a clear identity and a real audience.

02Can we work together on just one part of a project?

Yes. Our collaboration can focus on a specific area — such as strategy, production, communication or creative direction — or cover the entire journey from concept to execution.

03Do you take on projects outside Athens?

Yes. I have experience with productions and collaborations throughout Greece and Europe. Preparation can also happen remotely, with an on-site presence wherever the production requires it.

04What does the first meeting include?

We map out where you are now, what you want to achieve, the key obstacles and the most useful next step. The first online introductory meeting is free of charge.

05How does a collaboration begin?

After our first conversation, I define the objective, scope, deliverables and timeline. If we share a common direction, we move forward with a clear plan, specific roles and a written financial proposal.

06How much does a collaboration cost?

The cost depends on the scope, duration and level of responsibility involved. Indicatively:

  • Artist Development: €60 per individual session or €200 for a monthly cycle of four sessions.
  • Artist Management: from €300 per month.
  • Full Artist Management: from €400 per month plus 15% of revenue generated or negotiated within the collaboration.
  • Communication & PR: from €250 per project or campaign.
  • Live & Event Production: from €300 per production.

The above prices do not include VAT or third-party expenses such as graphic design, photography, video, advertising, technical equipment or travel. After the first free meeting, you receive a specific proposal covering services, deliverables, timeline and total cost.

07Can you handle both production and communication?

Yes — and this integrated approach often makes a project more coherent. What I take on is defined each time by the goal, the team and the available resources.

Have an idea you want
to move forward? Let’s talk.

Choose the path that fits you best. We’ll clarify your needs, the potential framework for working together and the most useful next step — without pressure and without vague promises.
